Instructor Biography

I have always been motivated by health, fitness and self-defence. I work hard to keep fit at the gym and circuit training.  My passion for martial arts developed through my lifetime dedication to training and fitness.

I have over 8 years of martial arts training. My martial arts training is freestyle and consists of Tae-Kwon-Do, Kick Boxing and Krav Maga.

The discipline of Krav Maga was introduced to me whilst training in a Manchester group. I want to share my knowledge of this discipline with future students.

The need for self-defence training is paramount in today’s society due to the increasing level of personal attacks. The answer is Krav Maga.  I have the ability to instruct both groups and on a one-to-one basis.  My strengths are in my dedication, patience and communication at all ages and levels.  My philosophy is to continually self-improve and learn.

The training I can deliver training will enhance your quality of life self confidence and self esteem.

I offer a safe and ego free environment to my students. Beginners through to the highly experienced are most welcome.
